Our world is built around networks. We also work as a network with our clients and their other partners, together towards common goals. With a common understanding of measurable results, shared goals and a transparent working culture, we avoid unnecessary work, internal competition, and delays.

When working together with you, we help you define and discover the needed competences. If a missing link needs to be hired in-house, the recruiting process is supported flexibly with the professionals from our network. If the expertise serves you better as an external resource, we offer executives and experts as-a-service for short and long-term needs.

Apollo’s network is wide and our experts are also working in projects through other companies. This way our experience and competence grows and we can bring you expertise that's relevant and tested in the field.

As we begin working with a client, we typically agree on a 3-6 week starting phase. During this time we jointly create an understanding of the situation, identify development activities, and prioritise the ones to be focused on first. The second phase is the most intensive part, which usually lasts between four to six months. This is where we work in close collaboration, making sure the new ways are is implemented in everyday work. Together we develop and improve your goals and pilot the new methods. After the second phase, our collaboration usually develops into a continuous model. Here we work iteratively together once every week or two, focusing on continuous improvement with a more coaching touch.

We always define the model to best serve the unique needs of your business. Sometimes a smaller project is enough, other times we agree on a longer-term collaboration straight away. What’s important is that we work together to make lasting impact and to get you real and measurable results.
